As Niamh was sitting on the toilet this morning, she asked me why girls sit down to pee and boys get to stand. I told her boys can aim their pee in the toilet with their penis and girls would just pee down their legs if they stood to pee.
She said, "Awwwww, that's more fun to stand. But, oh, Mama, girls are lucky too because girls get to have babies and boys don't."
Yeah, that's right, Niamh. We are so much luckier that we get to give birth rather than stand to pee. Totally equally fun abilities.
